No mutation incentives
At 80% of any quota you are notified. At 100%, Builder, Growth, and Compliance tiers allow overages at published per-unit rates. Developer tier requests are rejected. No events are silently dropped, no surprise charges. You stay in control.
Predictable billing
Ledger entries are immutable and retained until their policy expiry regardless of plan changes. Downgrading only affects future quota and feature access.
Append-only by design
Proof export is not gated. Public verification links remain live independent of subscription status. Ed25519 bundles are downloadable and verifiable offline without any Invoance dependency.
