BEFORE YOU STARTSign in to the workspace where the issue occurred.

This keeps the ticket attached to the correct organization and gives support the right account context.

01

Open the support workspace

Sign in to Invoance and select Support Tickets from the dashboard navigation. Your existing conversations appear in the ticket list.

Each ticket has its own URL, so you can return directly to the same conversation.
02

Select New ticket

Add a clear subject, choose the closest category, and describe what happened. The first message must contain at least 30 characters so support has enough context to begin.

You can keep up to three tickets open at the same time.
03

Add evidence and notifications

Attach a PNG, JPG, or WebP screenshot when the visual state matters. Select email notifications if you want an email when support replies.

Screenshot limit: 5 MB per attachment.
04

Continue the conversation

Replies appear automatically in the dashboard. You can send follow-up details without starting another ticket, and a support reply resets the customer message allowance.

You can send up to five consecutive messages while waiting for support.
05

Close the ticket when finished

Select Close ticket, then select the confirmation state again. The confirmation resets if you wait, which helps prevent accidental closures.

Closed tickets are removed after seven days.
AFTER RESOLUTION

Close the loop without losing the answer.

Keep any useful screenshots or instructions in your own records before the seven-day closed-ticket cleanup window ends.
